Solution 1- Download latest version of QuickBooks


  • Uninstall your QuickBooks From system.

Solution 4- Creating ND ( Network Data ) file.


  • From your keyboard press button with Windows icon and enter QuickBooks Database Server. Choose Database server manager.

Tip- If you are unable to find QuickBooks Database Server contact QuickBooks Technical Support or Call 1800-470-6903.


  • In QuickBooks Database Server Manager, select Add Folder and browse to your company file folder.
  • When folders get added select Scan.
  • Under QuickBooks, Company files found you will see the company file.
  • Now make sure that ND files are created in the company file folder.

Solution 5- Hosting Verification.


Turn of Hosting ( All Workstations )


  • Click on the file menu, choose utilities and select Stop Hosting Multi-user Access.
  • Click Yes to confirm.


Making sure that Server computer is hosting.


  • Apply right click on windows taskbar and select Task Manager.
  • In a column for image name, search for QBDBMgrn.exe.
  • If you don’t find QBDBMgrn.exe make sure QuickBooksXX service is running.
