941 form shows Zero liability for specific month in QuickBooks Payroll

QuickBooks User often face issue with QuickBooks payroll and most of the issues happens with the Tax Calculation or with form 941. This error happens when at the time of sending payroll user forget to calculate taxes.

Solution

Step 1: Most of the payroll issues can be fixed by just updating payroll or repairing QuickBooks to do that follow these steps:

  • Click on Employees icon form the main menu of QuickBooks
  • Then go into payroll center and update payroll
  • If you still unable to find your taxes
  • There could be two possibilities either you forgot to enter or calculate tax
  • Basic mistakes user do they don’t update payroll during calculation .
